Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, GRN, Put away, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by the Warehouse Manager.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Organize and maintain inventory
Perform cycle count and regular inventory audit with Manager.
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Keeping track all shipments RTS, IN transit and RTO
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Working closely with the department to ensure adequate stock levels.
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
