Key Responsibilities

• Take

  complete ownership of warehouse operations

  , including receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of materials.
• Ensure

  timely and accurate inward and outward movement

  of goods to the designated storage locations.
• Verify all incoming materials against

  purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and approved quantities

  before acceptance.
• Ensure materials are stored as per

  defined storage norms

  , labeling, FIFO/FEFO practices, and space optimization.
• Maintain

  systematic and organized documentation

  of GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, stock registers, and reports.
• Inform Head Office immediately about

  damaged, excess, short, incorrect, or non-conforming materials

  along with supporting documents.
• Ensure

  cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep

  of the warehouse, storage areas, and material handling zones.
• Monitor

  storage conditions

  , pest control, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  Fire Safety, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) norms

  within the warehouse.
• Conduct routine checks for safety equipment and ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines.
• Assist in managing

  warehouse expenses

• Monitor consumables, utilities, and maintenance costs to ensure
