Warehouse Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch of RM to PCTS..
• Set up the warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization.
• Ensure the material KIT preparation as per staging within timeline.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards..
• Manage stock control and reconcile data storage systems.
• MRN material receiving ,inventory & storage
• A Class Inventory should be Match with K3 System
• Ensure the Class A & B material loss should be0.
• All Task should be completed on time .
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and evaluate results.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.
• Foster a positive work environment.
• Produce regular reports and statistics .
• Coordination with transporter to arrange the vehicle/Forklift for Loading/Unloading material and send to SMT as per plan.
• Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
