Job Summary:

The Warehouse Inbound Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all incoming goods, ensuring accurate receipts, quality inspection, and efficient storage of inventory. This role is critical for maintaining inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring a smooth transition of products from delivery to storage, adhering to all safety and operational policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Receiving and Documentation:
Receive deliveries of goods and supplies, verifying shipments against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy in quantity and product description.

Quality Control:
Conduct initial quality checks for damaged or missing items and document any discrepancies, defects, or damages.

Inventory Management:
Input and update warehouse data into the ERP or WMS system in real-time, preparing necessary inbound reports and labels for storage.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

06 - 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an inbound logistics role, is typically required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems is essential.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working within a team environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
