Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY Daily Management of shift: Administrative management of associates Job allocation to associates Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis Fully understanding workflow and daily production goals Coaching associates to work safely at all times Understand workflow and daily production goals Preferred candidate profile PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience Bachelors Degree, and/or prior Amazon experience Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals Experience leading teams Capable of providing directions to team members using independent judgment Organization and time management skills Why Join Us?
