Warehouse Executive

As an experienced professional in inbound and outbound management, inventory management, and order processing, your role will involve handling incoming goods, coordinating timely dispatch of orders, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming goods, verifying them against documents, and coordinating the timely dispatch of orders - Maintaining accurate stock levels, performing stock audits, and resolving discrepancies within the Uniware platform - Processing orders from various e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and timely dispatch of goods - Monitoring orders, cancellations, and statuses on multiple e-commerce dashboards, and updating inventory accordingly - Processing returns, verifying returned items, and managing related disputes - Proficiently using Uniware by Unicommerce for inventory and order management, along with advanced Excel for record keeping - Ensuring warehouse hygiene, proper labeling, and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles - Liaising with the sales/order processing team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Your qualifications and key skills for this role should include: - Hands-on experience with Uniware is essential, with proficiency in MS Excel also required - A detailed understanding of stock management, counting, and resolving discrepancies - Familiarity with e-commerce order processes and platforms - Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with various teams and platforms - Keen attention to detail to identify missing items and verify counts In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the job also offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
