Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Equipment Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, particularly in material handling and warehouse solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of warehouse and material handling equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, stackers, trolleys, conveyors, racking systems, dock solutions).
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and site visits to understand customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, service, logistics) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven 3–5 years of experience in warehouse equipment or industrial product sales.
  • Strong understanding of material handling equipment and storage systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage the entire B2B sales cycle independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with warehouse integrators or industrial clients.
