Warehouse Associate CSC (T2 or T3)

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods.
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and labeling.
• Manage electronic shipping processes and coordinate with logistics partners such as UPS.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Handle UPS depot inventory, including tracking, organizing, and reporting.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and managing warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receiving logs.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with electronic shipping tools and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with UPS Depot operations or similar logistics processes.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control software and barcode scanning systems.
