Job Title: Warehouse Assistant & SAP

Job Location - Pune- sansawadi Location ,Looking Immediate Joiner

Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management & SAP Experience

Preferably in a supervisory role. Skills:• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience:

experience in manufacturing industry, handling warehouse activities in warehouse function.

Knowledge and work experience on SAP for Invoicing is Essential.

Job responsibility:

The main responsibility include

• Assist to warehouse FG Manager for FG receipt accounting, FG storing , stock take and FG dispatch activities
• Dispatch Vehicle loading as per plan received and making invoice/ stock transfer documents.
• Taking care of safety during the shift activities like- loading, storing and handling the material
• Taking care of quality of the product during the shift, while handling the material like loading, storing, and transportation
• Preparation of documents through SAP like Invoice, Stock Transfer Note and other relevant documents like eway bill to support the dispatch.
• Assisting to FG manager in stock taking on Daily, monthly, periodically basis.
• Learn and Work on WMS software.
• Follow the good manufacturing practices including the FIFO for FG

Computer Skill: Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP proficiency in MM module is essential.
