Job Summary:

The Online and Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing both online sales operations and warehouse activities. This role ensures smooth coordination between order processing, inventory management, packaging, dispatch, and online platform updates. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle both back-end online operations and physical warehouse tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Online Operations:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor daily online orders and ensure timely processing and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and stock availability.
• Handle customer queries, returns, and order follow-ups.
• Generate daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and order accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for delivery and returns.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and online sales platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/software tools.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Salary:
