Job Description

Warehouse Manager – Electronics Industry

Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, and timely dispatches
Maintain accurate inventory with regular stock audits & reconciliation
Handle inward/outward entries, GRN, and all warehouse documentation
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and retail outlets for smooth order flow
Lead and supervise warehouse staff; ensure discipline and productivity
Optimize warehouse layout and ensure safety & 5S standards
Reduce damages, pilferage, and operational errors

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years warehouse experience (electronics preferred)
Strong knowledge of Tally & billing/inventory software (Busy/Zoho/WMS)
Excel skills required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic reports)
Strong understanding of inventory management & logistics
Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch timelines

Education

Graduate (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred but not mandatory)
