Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR reports, maintaining employee files, and managing HR-related databases.
Assist in payroll processing and verification.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
MBA in Human Resources
Minimum 4 years experience
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in Excel , Powerpoint
