Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated fresher to join our team as an Inventory Assistant. The role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth warehouse/stock operations. The candidate will work closely with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely availability of products and minimize stock discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward and outward goods.
• Assist in daily inventory counts and reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
• Support in purchase order preparation and follow-up with vendors.
• Track, record, and report inventory usage to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
• Update inventory management software/Excel sheets with stock movements.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Any UG graduates.
• Basic analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Good Communication skills.
• Basic MS Excel Knowledge.
• Good Analytical skills.
