Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficient floor management and customer service.
Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance and training to improve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase footfalls, drive conversions, and enhance overall store performance.
Ensure effective inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and visual merchandising.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in retail or jewelry industry with a focus on showroom management.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle customers effectively.
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for better results.
