Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain and update the visitor logbook and office supplies.
Ensure smooth functioning of the front desk and office operations.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for executives.
Handle office correspondence, emails, and deliver messages.
Assist with administrative tasks as required (e.g., filing, documentation).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate (any stream).
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
