Job Description

Job Title: Fire & Safety Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire & Safety Manager to oversee and implement comprehensive safety protocols across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and enforcing fire and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fire safety and prevention strategies
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits
Design and deliver safety training programs for employees
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions
Manage emergency response plans and procedures
Coordinate with local fire departments and safety authorities
Oversee the maintenance and inspection of fire safety equipment
Stay updated on industry best practices and new safety technologies
Prepare and present safety reports to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or related certification preferred
In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes and OSHA regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in safety management software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations

Location- DLF Downtown Tharamani 100 feet road ( Next to American International school) Chennai - 600113.

Timings- 11:00 AM- 1:30 PM
