Looking Only Immediate to 10 Days Notice period Roles and Responsibilities The key focus for a Recruiter is to execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on passive candidates, with the aim of achieving high quality, cost-effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with the Recruitment Lead/ Manager to recommend and develop a sourcing strategy. Attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Lead/managers. Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks, background checks, and skills assessments. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Desired Candidate Profile 1.5-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing , screening , interview co-ordination .
