About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with up to 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the IT hiring ecosystem and wants to build a long-term career in tech recruitment.
What You’ll Do:
* Understand technical job requirements and source the right candidates through various platforms.* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.* Schedule and manage candidate interviews.* Maintain and update internal databases and hiring trackers.* Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
* 01 to 4 year of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).* Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and other professional networks.* Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Technical preferred).
