Job Description:
*Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, & onboarding candidates
*Work on job portals, LinkedIn, & other platforms to identify suitable IT talent*Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements & expectations*Schedule & manage candidate interviews with hiring managers*Maintain recruitment trackers & candidate databases*Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hires*Build & maintain relationships with candidates & clients
Skills Required
*Excellent communication skills & vocabulary in English
*Strong knowledge of IT job roles, skills, and technologies*Proficient in MS Office & recruitment tools/portals*Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines*Good negotiation & relationship-building skills
