• Processing of Transactions received from the customers/partners, internals etc.
• Handling of customer or internals chat/emails and provide resolutions for their queries raised
• Ensuring requests are handled well within the SLAs agreed and with utmost quality
• Engage with customer, understand their needs and translate this need to clients work requirement, and set proper expectations about delivery time
• Maintain ownership and accountability of requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful customer outcomes
• Able to work on customer escalations and provide best possible service
• Excellent written communications
• Analytical ability Can analyze customers request and work on it effectively

Required Skill Set:

• Graduate /Postgraduate in Arts/Commerce
• 1-5 years of experience in S&F / Order Management Domain
• Voice,Semi Voice resource
• Shift preference Rotational (Swing, Noon & Night)
• Good communication skills, willingness to work in Night shift.
