Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage soft services such as housekeeping, laundry, pest control, security, telecom, transportation, courier management, guest management, data management, reception management, facility maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment's.
Oversee technical services including HVAC systems, electrical works, plumbing fixtures and fire fighting systems.
Ensure efficient operation of facilities by coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Develop policies and procedures for facility administration to ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in facility operations.
