Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract talent with the required experience. Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leaders. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing smooth and professional candidate experience. Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs. Data and Reporting: Keep accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Technical skills 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment a self motivated person and passionate for sourcing and then closing the positions within TAT with quality resource. Expertise in using the various job portals and aware of free job posts portals.
