Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for IT and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Data, QA, IT Support)
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
Use ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to find candidates
Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring proces
