Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract and retain talent. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Up to 5 years of recruitment experience with strong expertise in talent mapping. Candidates must demonstrate stable job tenure with no job changes during the last 5 years. Proven experience in sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates. Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting across multiple industries such as IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, and Services.
