Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Manage job postings across Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, and other platforms. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities and reports. Coordinate onboarding and documentation with selected candidates. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a sales-driven or technical industry. Proven experience in hiring from telecallers to senior-level managers . Must be fluent in English and Hindi Knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work from Head Office in Erode, Tamil Nadu – not a remote role . Should be able to handle pressure and deliver within tight timelines. Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
