Job Description

Position:Freight Forwarder.

Experience: 1 Year to 3Years

Eligibility:Education:

Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills
Location: Willing to Travel / relocate to J P Nagar, Bangalore. Office is in J P Nagar 2nd Phase.
Shift Timings: US Shift - 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (Flexible to work in night shifts)

Roles & responsibilities:

An Air Freight/Ocean Freight Process Associate is responsible for handling various operations such as Import and export related tasks. Your role would be about communicating with stakeholders/Clients in general. We are looking for a candidate who has experience into International Freight.(Doing import and export for countries other than India as well).
Data entry system updates
Shipment Coordination
Tracking and status updates
Exception handling
Customer service
Process improvement
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Freight forwarding operation(export operations from one country to another other than India is an added advantage) and import/export documentation as well.
Must be fluent in English language (Reading and understanding)
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office

Date: 07/11/2025 to 14/11/2025

Timings: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
