Hi, Jeevansathi.com is hiring for the role of Customer Service (Chat & Email process) for Noida location. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle client queries through chat and email. Good typing speed required Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) / Schedule Adherence Address customer complaints in a timely, compassionate and patient manner Collaborate with appropriate teams/departments to ensure query resolution and customer satisfaction Create customer satisfaction and delight by solving product related queries timely Skill Sets Required Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure. Ready to take challenges / initiatives. Good interpersonal skills Solution oriented with effective problem-solving skills Note : 0-6 months of experience will be preferred
