Associate should have L2/L3 capabilities in different Versions of Unix/Linux Server. Incident Management Change Management Problem Management Installation of Unix/Linux Server Administering end-to-end Unix/Linux Operations OS & Vulnerability patching VERITAS Cluster Management VERITAS Patch & Upgrades AWS Cloud server Administration Knowledge Management - Creation of SOPs for regular activities. DR Drill support Performance tuning Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Able to understand the customers existing IT service management processes 2 Responsible for Handling P1 Critical Tickets on Production environment with ITSM Process. 3 Administering end to end RedHat Linux & AIX OS and troubleshooting the OS Issues. 4 Upgrading, Patching and Troubleshooting VERITAS Clusters 5 Handling Server Hardware Issues and OS performance tuning. 6 Responsible for managing Linux Cloud Instances and Ansible.
