Hi,

We are conducting Walk in Interview for Chat Process.

WalK-IN in Date - NOV 5, Nov 6 & Nov 7

Walk-in time - 11am to 2pm

Address:Foundever CRM india pvt ltd

TRIL Infopark Ltd, 1st floor Block-C Hardy Tower Ramanujan IT SEZ, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Tharamani, Chennai

Salary and Benefits:

Freshers 19k take home per month plus 1800 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
Experienced Rs 21000 take home per month plus 2000 as performance bonus (Salary not negotiable)
Two way free cab facility for both pick and drop(*25 km radius)

Requirements:

Experience: 0 to 5yrs (Any industry and freshers are welcome)
Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
Exceptional spoken skills in English
Should be an immediate joiner
Should be able to work in night shifts(no day shifts)
Fixed Saturday and Sunday week off

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries regarding product features, services, through chat
Identify customer needs, diagnose issues accurately, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions in a timely manner.
