Retail Suprestore Sales Girl & Sales Man Vacancies: 08 Location: FMS MART Retail Superstore, Dhatkidih, Jamshedpur Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month Work Timing: Girls: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Men/Boys: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Work Days: Monday to Sunday (1 day off monthly) Lunch break: 01 hour Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products Achieve sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction Maintain product knowledge and answer customer queries Handle transactions accurately and manage inventory Organize merchandise displays and ensure store cleanliness Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum qualification: High school pass preferred 2. Delivery Boys cum Store Sales Vacancies: 02 Location: FMS MART, Dhatkidih, Jamshedpur Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Work Days: Monday to Sunday (1 day off monthly) Lunch break: 01 hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner Assist with in-retail superstore sales and customer service Maintain delivery records and handle cash/transactions as needed Support store operations as required Requirements: Valid two-wheeler license preferred Basic communication skills Customer-focused approach 3. Security Guard Vacancies: 02 Location: FMS MART Superstore, Dhatkidih Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Work Days: Monday to Sunday (1 day off monthly) Lunch break: 01 hour Key Responsibilities: Ensure safety and security of store premises, staff, and customers Monitor entry/exit points and manage crowd control Report security incidents and maintain daily logs Requirements: Physically fit and alert Prior experience preferred but not mandatory 4. Site Engineer (Civil) Vacancies: 04 Location: Head Office, Dhatkidih, Jamshedpur (Travel: Pan India & local) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off) Key Responsibilities: Supervise civil building construction projects and ensure timely completion Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers Prepare daily progress reports and ensure quality standards Travel to various project sites as required Must be able to draft AutoCAD 2D/3D working drawings proficiently. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 1–8 years of relevant experience Willingness to travel across pan India 5. Civil Engineer Vacancies: 04 Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month Key Requirements: 1–8 years of experience in civil engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D drafting is mandatory 6.
