Job Title: Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Date: December 20th, 2025

Timings: 10:00 AM 12:30 PM

Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus , Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru - 560100

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Experience Required: 1-10 years

Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

  • Step 1: Visit https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/

  • Step 2: Click to login

  • Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)

  • Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)

  • Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

  • Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

  • Candidates must have a registered EP ID

  • TCS Online Application Form

  • Hard Copy of Resume

  • 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs

  • Original and 2 photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

  • Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills :

Experience with Global (USA)

Proficiency in active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities); Boolean/Xray search techniques.

Ability to conduct structured prescreens, competency/fit assessments, and shortlist quality candidates.

Strong ATS skills: pipeline management, workflow troubleshooting, offer workflow initiation, and reporting dashboards.

Knowledge of market intelligence (comp ranges, talent availability, competitor mapping).

Stakeholder managementpartner with hiring managers on intake briefs, profile calibration, and interview plan.

Compliance & audit readinessEEO/DEI awareness, data privacy, consent capture, auditready documentation.
