Role Summary:

Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling other banking products. The role is sales-focused and targets-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

100% Open Market and Field Job - Target Driven.
Acquisition of Saving/Current Account from Open Market via Canopy Activity, Umbrella Activity, Cold Calling, References etc.
Work for Cross Buy of Financial Product from Mapped Book LI / GI / SIP / PL / FD from Existing Customer Portfolio.
Work on Geographical Area mapped ( Pin Code ) and Achieve Saving / Current Account and Cross Sell Targets.
Relationship Building with Existing Customer(s).
Ensure Compliance with Internal Processes and Customer Service Standard

Qualifications

Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)
1 - 5 years of banking or financial sales experience (CASA preferred)
Driving License and own vehicle is mandatory
Interested in field sales
