Role Summary:

The Relationship Manager LAP (SME) will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing LAP proposals from SME clients. The role involves building strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring portfolio quality, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Source LAP proposals from SME clients through DSAs, connectors, and direct channels
Identify new markets and customer segments for LAP products

Credit Assessment:

Conduct preliminary credit evaluation and financial analysis of SME clients
Coordinate with credit and risk teams for proposal approvals

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Target Achievement:

Meet monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
Monitor and manage the LAP portfolio to ensure healthy asset quality

Documentation & Compliance:

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with legal and technical teams for property verification

Key Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in LAP sales, preferably in the SME segment
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Knowledge of local markets and property documentation
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
