International Voice Sales Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to international prospects using scripts and guidelines.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Record all interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English

    with neutral or global accent.
  • 6 Months- 5 years of experience in

    international voice process

    , preferably in

    sales or lead generation

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, confidence, and a target-driven approach.
  • Comfortable working in

    night shifts

    and meeting aggressive sales goals.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
