Candidates who meet the following criteria will only be considered for this Walk-in

  • Talent Acquisition /recruitment Exp in IT and Non IT roles (both) is mandatory. Min 2 yrs+ exp.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Willing to work 5 days from office and 12 - 9 shift timings
  • Candidate should be in hiring zone
  • Last entry - 4.00 pm
  • Open to work on contract ,vendor payroll

Job Title : Associate/Sr. Associate - Talent Acquisition (on contract)

Location : Sec 135 Noida

Shift Timing : 12- 9 PM ,5 Days work from office



KRAs

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of IT(Tech) ,non - IT (Ops) and support functions.
  • Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Worked on hiring of Operations, Tech, Customer support, support function etc.
  • Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties.
  • Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Social Media, Referrals etc.
  • Candidate Engagement and Management.
  • Support in MIS and routine process related activities


We are looking for people who have

  • Minimum 2 + years of recruiting experience in tech and non tech hiring (both). Graduate preferably MBA.
  • Proven ability to efficiently fulfill positions across levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English.
  • Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics.
  • Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
