Good typing speed required Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) / Schedule Adherence Address customer complaints in a timely, compassionate and patient manner Collaborate with appropriate teams/departments to ensure query resolution and customer satisfaction Create customer satisfaction and delight by solving product related queries timely Skill Sets Required Graduates with exp. in Client Servicing or Call Center looking for a taste of corporate experience are encouraged to apply. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure. Ready to take challenges / initiatives.
