Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Bar Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving beverages, taking orders, and ensuring guests have an excellent experience at the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant bar experience
Take beverage and food orders promptly and accurately
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in compliance with local laws and company standards
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure tables are clean and set
Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to the bar manager
Suggest and upsell drinks or food specials to guests
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff for smooth service

Requirements:

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a bar environment preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar service
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
