Key Responsibilities
Present menu and provide detailed information when requested
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain table cleanliness, clear plates, and reset table for next guests
Uphold hygiene and grooming standards at all times
Handle guest complaints professionally and report to supervisor when needed
Follow service standards,
Support team members and ensure smooth restaurant operations
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Waiter preferred (not mandatory for entry level)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverages
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
