Waiter / Waitress

Rasha Bowl is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. We are a popular restaurant known for our vibrant atmosphere and delicious, healthy cuisine. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage options, including specials and promotions.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively respond to their requests.
• Manage a clean and well-organized section of the dining area.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player with a strong work ethic.
