Location: Hyderabad, Hitech city (On-site)Experience: 3 to 5yearsType: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding).
Source candidates who are eligible to work on
W2
Work on job openings from direct clients or Implementations.
Use job portals such as
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn
, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, eligibility to work (W2), and job fit.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate salaries, rates, and finalize offers (W2 hourly, salary, or contract).
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
