About the Role We are looking for a skilled VSTO .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications and Microsoft Office add-ins. This role requires strong expertise in C#, WPF, Windows Forms, and VSTO, with a focus on delivering reliable, user-friendly, and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build tools that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Key Responsibilities  Design and develop VSTO-based add-ins for Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).  Build and maintain Windows desktop applications using WPF and Windows Forms.  Automate and enhance PowerPoint (PPT) workflows for business users.  Integrate applications with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and source control.  Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.  Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and performance optimization.  Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.  Debug and resolve issues in existing applications to improve stability and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.  3+ years of experience in .NET application development.  Proficiency in C#, VSTO, WPF, Windows Forms.  Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint automation and Office add-in development.  Strong knowledge of Windows application development and debugging.  Experience with Azure DevOps for code repositories, builds, and release pipelines.  Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development. Good to Have  Experience with other Office add-ins (Excel, Word).  Knowledge of cloud integrations and API development.  Familiarity with unit testing and automation for desktop apps.
