The ideal candidate should have a background in Management and Leadership skills, Financial Planning and Analysis skills, Strategic Planning and Decision-making skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, Knowledge of Financial Markets and Regulatory Compliance, and Experience in the Financial Services Industry. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
