Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):

Lead and drive the overall fraud risk management strategy including developing, maintaining fraud detection systems and rules related to credit cards
Oversee the monitoring and analyzing transactions for potentially fraudulent activities and proactively identify and mitigate suspicious behavior/patterns
Design and implement fraud strategies mitigating the fraud risk while onboarding credit card customers
Conduct investigations into fraudulent/suspicious activities and submit the reports
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements in fraud prevention and detection
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fraud related reporting and analysis
Mentoring and managing the team of fraud risk professionals to build a high-performing unit

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

In-depth knowledge and understanding of fraud operating models, fraud patterns, fraud rules and related solutions relevant to credit card business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience of working on fraud detection systems like Falcon, Feedzai etc.
Expertise in building robust fraud risk management process.
