As a dynamic and experienced Solutions Engineering Leader at Tezo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the market-facing narrative by leading the pre-sales function and driving value-oriented conversations with prospects. Reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to translate customer needs into compelling solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own Pre-Sales Function: Lead and manage all pre-sales activities, creating solution architectures, tailored demos, and business value propositions. - Customer-Focused Solutioning: Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to design solutions aligned with customer business goals. - Proposal Leadership: Drive RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, solution presentations, and develop industry-relevant case studies. - Storytelling: Craft persuasive customer narratives, pitch decks, and custom presentations to showcase Tezo's differentiated value proposition. - Thought Leadership: Contribute to white papers, blogs, and industry publications to establish Tezo as a trusted partner in AI, Data, and Digital Transformation. - Sales Enablement: Coach Sales teams on solution positioning and market differentiators. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment in GTM activities and customer engagements by working closely with Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams. Qualification Required for Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experience: 15-20 years overall with a significant focus on pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery. - Delivery Background: Strong advantage of hands-on delivery leadership experience. - North America Market Exposure: Proven track record working with NA clients in industries like Insurance, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail. - Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate customer challenges into effective business and technical solutions. - Entrepreneurial Mindset: Preference for candidates comfortable in high-ownership roles from smaller organizations/startups. - Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to build and deliver compelling narratives that resonate with executive stakeholders. - Documentation Skills: Proficiency in crafting RFI/RFP responses, thought leadership content, and executive presentations.
