You will be responsible for crafting and driving the complex product(s) and experience vision across a matrixed organization independently. You will proficiently lead a long-term vision strategically aligned with the organizational goals and master the translation of business needs into customer goals and features. Additionally, you will excel in crafting and driving the vision, strategy, and overall execution for a highly complex product line or multiple product lines. Additionally, you should have at least 4+ years of experience in direct people management and team management, and 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, or related areas. Prior experience as an individual contributor product manager, working in a highly complex and distributed organization, coaching and leading product managers, and leading and influencing teams while fostering relationships across multiple enterprise-wide teams is required. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, a demonstrated bias for action, adeptness at strategic planning, defining OKRs, and driving business outcomes, expertise in working in an agile environment, and using analytics and KPIs to drive decision-making are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience working in an omni-channel retail environment, a demonstrated record of building platform products at scale, and experience working in a cross-functional global team. This role is based in Bengaluru and operates under a hybrid work model (in office/remote), with an expectation for employees to be in the office three days a week, generally on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
