VP - Solutions Engineering Leader

Role Overview: As a Solutions Engineering Leader at Tezo, you will play a crucial role in engaging in value-oriented discussions with potential clients regarding AI, Data, and Digital offerings. Your main responsibility will be to shape the market-facing narrative of Tezo by creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Reporting directly to the SVP of Revenue, you will be instrumental in establishing Tezo as a trusted partner in the field of AI, Data, and Digital Transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all pre-sales activities to support Sales and Delivery teams effectively. - Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to develop customer-centric solutions. - Create compelling customer narratives, pitch decks, and custom presentations. - Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, blogs, and industry publications. - Work towards establishing Tezo as a reliable partner in the AI, Data, and Digital realm. Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery. - Strong background in hands-on delivery leadership. - Proven track record of working with North American clients in sectors such as Insurance, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail. - Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer challenges into effective solutions. - Preferred attributes include an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional storytelling, and documentation skills.,
