VP - Outbound and Field Sales

As a key member of the sales team at Appitsimple Infotek, you will have the opportunity to lead, manage, and mentor a team of 10+ SDRs/Outbound sales executives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the outbound sales strategy in international markets such as the US, EU, APAC, or MEA. In this role, you will be expected to take ownership of sales quotas, consistently deliver on revenue targets, and be accountable for the results. You will also play a crucial role in building and executing business plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts to ensure the company's growth and success. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, prospecting, and closing deals with a minimum deal size of $10K+. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel internationally/domestically to meet clients and close enterprise-level deals, further expanding the company's global footprint. Collaboration with the leadership team is key in this role, as you will work closely with them to refine the go-to-market strategy and strengthen outbound processes.
