We have since expanded our presence through retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Online Channel Leader to own and drive the global Online P&L, with a strong focus on performance marketing-led growth. This role will lead regional online business leaders across India, Southeast Asia (SEA), and Middle East & Africa (MEA) and deliver high-velocity growth through deep expertise in digital commerce, customer acquisition, and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Ownership & Business Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end Online P&L across geographiesrevenue, CAC, AOV, contribution margins, and growth.
  • Define, lead, and execute the online growth roadmap with a clear focus on unit economics and customer lifecycle value.
  • Performance Marketing Leadership
  • Drive aggressive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies through paid digital channels (Meta, Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Work closely with internal performance marketing teams and agency partners to ensure high ROI campaigns across platforms.
  • Optimize media spends based on CAC, LTV, channel performance, and audience cohorts.
  • Team Management & Regional Oversight
  • Lead a team of Regional Online Channel Heads (India, SEA, MEA) to drive localized strategies and revenue targets.
  • Provide strategic direction and operational support to ensure region-specific growth, while maintaining global consistency.
  • Digital Product & UX Optimization
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance online experience across Lenskart's digital assets (web/app).
  • Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
  • Marketing Analytics & Growth Ops
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance dashboards and funnel metrics across markets.
  • Lead growth forecasting, customer segmentation, and audience strategies for hyper-targeted marketing.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with supply chain, category, CX, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure a unified customer journey and seamless operations.
  • Ensure all campaigns and online touchpoints are aligned with Lenskart's brand, values, and customer promise.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills

  • 1015 years of experience in leading online business P&L with a strong background in performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale D2C/ecommerce brands through paid channels with deep understanding of marketing attribution, CAC/LTV, and channel ROAS.
  • Experience managing and mentoring regional ecommerce or digital business leaders.

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Experience in fashion, health tech, or consumer lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), and CRM platforms (MoEngage/Clevertap).
