VP of investments

ROLE 1 (VP of Investments)

As VP of Investments, you will:

• Lead on sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities.
• Develop and present investment cases across high-growth and technology-driven sectors.
• Manage relationships with founders, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Support portfolio companies at a strategic level to deliver sustainable growth.
• Contribute to the wider investment strategy and represent the firm within the market.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong background in private equity or venture capital, with a track record of completed deals (Minimum 6 Years experience).
• Excellent financial and commercial skills, including modelling and due diligence.
• Experience working closely with entrepreneurs and leadership teams.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at senior levels.

• Provide hands-on support across strategy, operations, and market expansion.
• Strengthen functions such as go-to-market, talent, governance, and customer acquisition.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping management teams navigate the challenges of scaling.
• Drive measurable value creation across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in scaling high-growth companies, ideally within a PE/VC-backed environment.
• Strong background in operations, strategy, or growth leadership roles.
• Comfortable working with early to mid-stage businesses and guiding them through expansion.
• Excellent commercial judgement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
