VP, Enterprise Data Strategy and AI Innovation

As the VP of Enterprise Data Strategy & AI Innovation at Red Nucleus, your role is crucial in defining and executing a forward-looking data strategy that enables innovation, enhances efficiency, and unlocks transformative business value. You will report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and work closely with Business Units across the enterprise to identify opportunities, guide analytics investments, and lead a team of data scientists in productizing AI-driven solutions. Your strategic vision and operational execution will help the organization transition from being data-rich to insight-led and AI-enabled. **Key Responsibilities:** - Co-develop and drive the organization's enterprise data strategy aligned with the innovation agenda in collaboration with the Chief Innovation Officer. - Partner with the CINO to identify high-value opportunities for AI and data-led transformation. - Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Unit leaders, translating business challenges into data-driven roadmaps. - Lead the design and development of scalable, repeatable data products and AI tools to enhance internal operations and client-facing services. - Build, lead, and develop a high-performing data science and analytics team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs. - Implement modern data pipelines and analytical workflows to accelerate insight generation. - Use data and automation to streamline internal processes, reduce manual work, and improve speed-to-insight. - Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure ethical, compliant, and responsible data use. - Develop and manage data vendor alliances, establishing unique partnerships where applicable. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in data strategy and analytics with a proven track record of turning data into business outcomes. - Deep knowledge of data science, AI/ML, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics stacks. - Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries is required. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.
