VP- Digital Marketing

Position: VP – Digital Marketing

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
• 10+ years of experience in advertising, digital media, or similar.
• Proven work experience as a Digital marketer
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

Responsibilities:

• Build digital marketing roadmap for the client brands
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
• Develop and strategize campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
• Oversee our social media/digital accounts
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
• Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
• Meeting with the marketing and design teams to define advertising strategies and requirements.
• Maintaining P&L of Clients
• Developing and implementing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
• Reviewing and proofreading all digital content such as blogs, social media content, advertisements, and website copy.
• Generating and presenting digital marketing reports and analyses for feedback.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the digital marketing team
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capability and productivity.
